You certainly can. However, if there has ever been a claim history, we will be unable to give a pro-rated refund (whether it is a pending claim or a paid claim).
We can reimburse a pro-rated amount of the premium you paid for your pet insurance policy if you have never made a claim during the policy period. Please notify us of your request by emailing [email protected]
