Affiliates expressly acknowledge and agree that their participation in the Super PAWer Affiliate Program does not confer upon them the status of an insurance agent or representative. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as insurance agents or making any false claims of agency on behalf of Petotum & Etiqa General Insurance.


Any such misrepresentation is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the affiliate's participation in the program. Petotum & Etiqa General Insurance reserves the right to take legal action against affiliates who falsely present themselves as insurance agents.
