Can I provide vet medical documents and a photo of my cat after I acquire the policy?

You certainly can! Within 14 days of paying for your pet insurance coverage, please submit your pet's valid vet medical ID (or vaccination card, pet passport (DVS) or breed certificate) to your PAWer Insurance Pet Profile.

If we do not receive a valid document by the deadline, the policy may be automatically cancelled. However, if you require additional time to submit your paperwork, please let us know and we will gladly communicate with our insurer to extend the deadline for you!
