Cancellation and Refund for Veterinary Clinics

We all love and cherish our pets as part of our families. This is why we try our best to give the best care for them including making sure they get proper routine check ups at the veterinary clinics.
Currently all payments made at vet clinics are done by cash/card/QR Pay after the consultation is done. Appointments can be made via our Petotum app to book your slot which guarantees a consultation and shortens the waiting time with your pet.
If any payments are made while making a booking via out Petotum app, pawrents can request for a postponement should they need to cancel the appointment.
You, as the pawrent, will bear the Service and Transaction Fee, if you decide to proceed to cancel the booked and paid appointment. Regarding the amount paid for the services, the vet clinic will decide on the refund amount based on when the appointment is cancelled.
Alternatively, the vet clinic can also send you a voucher of the paid amount to be used for your next appointment instead of a cash refund.
